You will be joining a proactive and challenging team working daily to make the local production moves Algerians through the wonders of sports.
Synthetic Knit (SK) and Natural Knit & Fleece (NKF) are our actual main processes.
Today, We are recruiting for a Supply Production Leader.
He/She will manage the Supply Chain competencies and performance of our supplier(S), to give the best supply answers to our Customers needs (Retail, B2B).
Location: Decathlon El Djazair HQ, BAB EZZOUAR with frequent shifts at supplier's level.
You are in daily contact with suppliers and local production teams.
You are in charge of the supply of African, Asian, and European components and accessories. You are responsible for managing the various orders to guarantee the availability of components and accessories while optimizing the stock level.
You develop a lasting and trusting relationship with your local customers (Retail, B2B) in order to meet the annual needs and targets.
You define and plan the production in accordance with the availability of the components and suppliers Production Lines capacities, in collaboration with Quality Production Leaders.
Fluent in English (Speaking and writing) is mandatory.
Engineering/Master degree in supply chain management, Industrial engineering or any relevant field.
Logical with good analytical abilities, forecasting and skills on Excel and Google Sheets.
Have a sense of organization, observation and analysis.
Good communication, sense of service and rigor required.
You know how to put your creativity at the service of innovative ideas and you know how to imagine effective solutions.
You know how to listen, convince and share your ideas with enthusiasm.
With your relational qualities and your natural leadership, you work effectively in project mode.
Driving Licence Category B is mandatory as well.
